Did we somehow forget that Tommy Lee Jones also played Col. Philips in Captain America: The First Avenger?

Actually I did.

But maybe that can be played around with regards to this (maybe Col Phillips is Kay? or a relative of Kay?) or just ignored completely.

….That makes sense to me!
